The 50 year old actress says she abides by the 16:8 fasting diet, meaning that she goes without food for 16 hours in a day and eats in a strict eight hour period.
This eight-hour diet is said to assist with weight loss, control blood sugar levels and boost brain function with no food off limits during those eight hours.
The Friends star is known to be a fitness fanatic with her morning show co-star Reese Witherspoon regularly turning to Jennifer for wellbeing advice.
