Jada Pinkett Smith has opened up about how she's been dealing with old emotional habits while quarantining.

The actress has been sober for over 20 years. She's been deepening her spiritual practices while isolating at home due to the coronavirus pandemic. She's realised that some of the feelings that used to make her want to drink have been coming back.

Jada says that she hasn't had a drink in a long time but because of the worrying she's scared that she'll be tempted to start drinking again.

Jada addressed the topic of addiction on her show, The Red Table Talk, with her daughter Willow Smith and her mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones, who has battled addiction too.

"It's been a long time since I've had a drink but old emotional habits try to creep back in," says Jada.

She adds that she's deepened her spiritual practices and faith to avoid this.
