The Truth Hurts hitmaker has revealed that her struggle to find famous role models as a child really messed with her head and made her feel like she didn't belong.

While she's enjoying her success now, 31-year-old Lizzo still struggles with anxiety. She has admitted that she is grateful her fame didn't happen when she was younger as she thinks if she was 21 right now she wouldn't be able to maintain her lifestyle without having major anxiety and panic attacks.

Lizzo appears on one of British Vogue's December covers in a greyscale photo series with a touch of digital flair, dressed in designer haute couture gowns by Versace and Alexandre Vauthier.

Celebrating his two-year anniversary as editor-in-chief of British Vogue, Edward Enninful writes on his Instgram, "Seeing such a positive force for good on our cover in all her glory makes me realise how far we have come."
