Simone Biles has proven herself time and time again as an exceptional athlete. At the 2019 U.S. Gymnastics Championship, Simone proved once again brilliance taking home the prize for the sixth-time all-round champion title.

She has also left the world basking in her glory by performing two gymnastics styles that have never been done before.

Firstly, Simone ever so eloquently landed two flips and two twists off a beam, which have never been done in a competition before.

And secondly, she stunned once again by being the first woman in history to land a triple double on her routine.

This move is so impressive that you have to see it in slow motion.

She’s certainly not just winning gold medals and setting records, she actually continues to complete moves that no other women in her sport have done before.

At a qualifying competition for the world championships in 2018, Simone completed and added a twist to a vault that has only been successfully performed by men before, reports Deadspin.

Don’t worry, we’ve got more video evidence. Continue to be amazed.

Simone put her own twist (literally, she added an extra half twist) on a vault originally called the Cheng which is named after Chinese gymnast Cheng Fei. This variation of the vault has only been successfully done by men before so this is an incredible record for Simone.

If you’re wondering juts how difficult this move is, well, it ranks second behind the Amanar vault, named after Romanian Olympic champion Simona Amanar, says Thought Co. it was made famous by by McKayla Maroney at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. You can watch a video of the vault below.

Simone could possibly have the new variation on the move named after her if she uses it when she competes in Doha in November. It would be the second time Simone earns a namesake gymnastics move; she famously coined her own double layout half on the floor.

We're beyond impressed.
