Truth hurts, but Lizzo's fame has added to her dating woes

Minus the fame, we can totally relate with how challenging it is to find genuine potential partners these days. 

The 'Truth Hurts' hitmaker admits that she finds dating difficult now, since she's worried that some people are only interested in her because of her fame. 

"No one tried to holler at me before all of this s***, so if you're trying to holler at men now, I don't trust it... it's hard to understand what it's like to have a connection with somebody outside of all of this," Lizzo tole Entertainment Tonight. 

She added that she find it harder to "cipher" out the fakes and see who genuinely likes her. 

"Famous people connect with millions of people at a time and everybody is in love with them and everybody wants you... so it's really hard to kind of cipher through the bullsh*** and find the real people." 

But Lizzo admits that even other famous people can be fake too and joked that she should marry herself like she did in her music video 'Truth Hurts'.
