Gabi convinces Chad’s client to invest with DiMera. Andre learns someone close to him has gone missing while JJ and Jennifer talk about his secret. Kayla and Steve light a candle in church for Hope. Steve gives Kayla a heartfelt speech about how much he loves her… and pops the question. Today is the day of Hope’s arraignment.
Theresa is being torn apart by her plan… but has no choice. Justin interrupts Adrienne and Sonny discussing wedding plans. Justin wants Sonny to look over the docks, Sonny agrees. Theresa continues her plan. Brady confronts her, and she goes full tilt. Gabi arranges a welcome home party for JJ with Sonny, Paul, and Chad.
Chad is with Thomas and it appears that someone is following him. Abe is being released from the hospital. Theresa is praying for guidance in church when JJ comes in. Brady finds Theresa at the church and she ultimately runs away. Chad goes home, expresses his confusion to Thomas. When he leaves his son alone, the mysterious woman approaches Thomas. Joey confides some of his difficulties with Jade in Claire. He wants to break up without hurting her.
Claire seeks Jade out, tries to pave the way. Jade refuses to accept it. Hope meets with Justin, Rafe and Jenifer the night before her trial. Andre discovers Abigail back in Salem. Gabi reels while JJ explains what happed in Miami on his search for Abigail. Kimberly and Shane visit Theresa, who made a big mistake, one she will not make again.
