Adrienne is comforted by Sonny, who promises his mother that he will help her solve this dilemma. JJ confesses a secret to Rafe while Abigail expresses to Jennifer her doubt that Chad still loves her. Chad and Gabi agree they need time apart to figure out how they truly feel. Gabi tells Chad her choice while Shawn and JJ talk about their relationships.

Claire and Ciara work their first day at the hospital.  Theo claims Valerie is a liar.  Sonny is visited by Paul, who lets him know he’ll be in investigating the docks tonight, per their agreement. Chad and Thomas celebrate Thanksgiving and Thomas’s birthday with the Horton family unaware that Abigail is hidden in the attic. Kayla, Kimberly, and Roman visit Bo’s grave on the anniversary of his death.

Theo is disappointed when Abe brings Valerie for Thanksgiving. Shawn, Ciara, and Rafe visit Hope.JJ reunites with Abigail. When Brady comes home, having missed the Kiriakis family Thanksgiving, he acts as if not affected at all by Theresa’s departure. Brady and Philip argue about business, which turns physical.

Eduardo and Kate spend Thanksgiving together. Sonny presses Adrienne to decide, but she isn’t sure she’s going to be able to. Rafe appeals to Steve to help him with Hope's predicament.Hope finds an unlikely ally, Claire and Theo decided to take their relationship to the next level. Kayla agrees with Steve about needing to do something for Hope.
