Majola takes a sledgehammer with the intention of digging up the shebeen stage. Lalage chastises Hendrik for sleeping on the couch. Anja realises her dad has been sleeping on the couch. Sechaba sees Lungi crying.
The walls are closing in on Nina and it looks like she may finally have run out of options. Hendrik and Lalage are at a crossroads in their marriage and Sechaba and Lungi seem to be making strides in getting to know each other better.
Blind and alone, Nina fears for her life in prison. Wendy’s falling hard for Hendrik but he’s unaware. Sechaba and Lungi compare notes on grief and loss.
Cebisa is frantic after Obakeng’s kidnapping but is faced with closed doors when she tries to get help. Wendy steps up her game after receiving a compliment from Hendrik. Lungi makes a confession which takes him by surprise.
A blind Nina breaks out of prison with Dlangamandla’s help but it comes with cataclysmic consequences. Lalage and Hendrik makes a shift that dismays Wendy. Lungi inadvertently volunteers to be Sechaba’s wing-woman in his first foray into a scary (for him) space.
