Makes 6 kebabs

Preparation time: 15 minutes 

Cooking time: 20 minutes

• 24 small pork, chicken or lamb sausages

• 12 mushrooms

• 12 rashers of bacon

• 12 cherry tomatoes

• tomato or chilli sauce of your choice

• oven chips to serve (optional)

FROM THE PANTRY:

 • bay or lemon leaves

Wrap a rasher of bacon around each of the mushrooms. Thread these with the sausages, lemon leaves and tomatoes onto skewers. Grill over medium coals until cooked or roast in the oven for 10 minutes on each side under a hot grill. Brush with a little olive oil if necessary. Serve with oven chips and tomato sauce.
