So when someone new moves into the neighbourhood, you go over and introduce yourself. Maybe you’ll bring over a little welcome gift, or invite them to a braai. But, if you’re a farmer from Rhode Island, and a celeb moves in, you give them the ultimate gift; a personalised corn maze.
According to TIME, Richard Manfredi (and a group of other very good neighbours) cut the words “Welcome Taylor” with a guitar (a nice touch, you have to admit) into a corn maze over 32 000 m² big.
And if you’re in the area and want to see the maze, it’s open to the public, but you’ll have to pay about R80 to see it.
Richard is so proud of his work that he’s actually changed it to appear as his cover photo on his farm’s (because all the hipsters are online. Why can’t farms be too?) Facebook page.
