Love at first flight - How a drone and a bubble secured a date for this couple during quarantine

The coronavirus pandemic has brought a lot of pain to almost every part of the world.

We are all constantly overwhelmed with news of the latest infections and deaths. So, it comes as a breath of fresh air to see love prevailing at a time of crisis, such as this.

The city of New York is currently practicing social distancing amid the Covid-19 crisis.

Despite this, Tori Cignarella from New York City caught Jeremy Cohen's attention when he saw her dancing on her rooftop.

In video footage shared on social media, the two shared a wave, and he tapped his phone number to a drone, clicked the record button, and flew it over to her.

From there on, the pair started communicating over video chat, and even went on a dinner date, with Tori on her rooftop and Jeremy on his balcony.  

Dubbed by Jeremy as his 'Quarantine Cutie,' their bubbling relationship has captured the imagination of people all over the world over, inspiring creativity to find, and stay in love under lockdown.

The two have since met after Jeremy visited Tori after he zipped himself in a bubble in respect of social distancing regulations.

He brought her flowers and hand sanitizer but since he was in the bubble he couldn't give her the gifts.
