Sleep early
If you and your partner go to bed late, waking up at midnight to have sex could be quite draining especially if you have to work the next morning. Go to bed much earlier and you will have the desire to wake up midnight to have sex.
Take it slow
Some people think they can actually wake up at midnight and tap their partner on the shoulder to have sex. That may be a little insensitive. Try a little foreplay first – he may be asleep but foreplay could get him in the mood really quickly.
Mix it up with daytime sex
Sex in the middle of the night is good, but it could be rigid for the relationship if you don’t mix it up with daytime sex, and enjoy both as much as possible.
Sleep naked
It’s so amusing when couples go to bed without clothes. With less clothing, it will be easier to stimulate your partner; and just the warmth of your partner’s skin might all be the stimulation you need.
Talk about it in the morning
You don’t make love with your partner at night and then pretend nothing happened in morning. Talk and joke about the midnight sex you had, compliment how awesome your partner was, feel good about it and let your partner feel same as well.
Don’t be too persistent
Lastly, the fact that you are aroused doesn’t mean your partner is. Persistence and sex don’t go hand in hand. If your foreplay doesn’t work then you should probably let your partner be and finish it by yourself if you really have to.
