Despite knowing the steps to stop smoking, I still *sigh* do.
But, just like my colleague Jacques, I’ve had enough of this nicotine addiction and have decided that I seriously want to kill this craving – before it does the same to me.
But how?
If those AA-type programmes were affordable, I’d do one in a heartbeat. But because my Rand can’t stretch that far (jeez, they're expensive!), I will have to settle on a drug such as:
• Zyban,
• Nicorette, or
• Champix
Heard of them? Know of any more I could try? Are they any good? Oh, and will they make me crazier than I already am? Advice, please!
