Funniest fitness flops

Well, it's February, and you know what that means.

It's time to pretend we never made those resolutions we all gave up on sometime mid-January.

Gyms are about to become very empty indeed, but nevermind. You're better off at home in front of the PC.

No really, we mean it. Dangerous places, gyms.

Don't believe us?

Just watch this collection of epic gym fails.

Warning:

These gifs may cause wincing, sympathy pains, and bewildered stares from work colleagues as you giggle at your computer for no apparent reason.

May also cause weight gain when you decide never to visit the gym again.

(Disclaimer: We're kidding. Gyms aren't really that dangerous and exercise is good for you. Honest.)

We're not sure what these kids were doing, but whatever it was it didn't end well.

Fail #4 - He don't got this

Gym etiquette 101: don't drop giant weights on people.

Fail #5 - He had balls. Past tense.

Seriously admire this guy's courage for attempting this. Too bad about his balance.

Fail #6 - Pain in the neck

Only one thing to say about this: Ouch!

Fail #7 - Ballflip

Pro-tip: Never, ever try to mix exercise balls with running machines.

Fail #8 - Don't try this at home

Getting fit: Not even safe in the privacy of your own home.

Fail #9 - Dancing queen

OK, maybe this isn't a fail, but we couldn't resist including it. Is he running? Is he dancing? How is he not falling!?
