We can probably all give credit to Kim Kardashian for making bike shorts a more visible mainstream fashion trend in 2018, wearing them in both short, long and trisuit variations, and pairing them with heels, thigh-high boots or dad sneakers.
This reality TV and social media personality essentially introduced an edge to what used to be banal, simply practical gym gear or shapewear.

And this week, Kim K made an Instagram post in which she is clad in another one of her several pairs of lycra tights. Nothing newsworthy nor warranting anything more than a double-tap.
Well that was until the app's fashion industry whistle-blowers, Diet Prada drew our attention to the possibility of a Facetune edit of her crotch area. Or at least, the account simply dipped the bait in the water with their cryptic Michelangelo quote which led followers to hook onto their own conclusions.
KKW has seemingly never smoothed out camel toe lines by use of either Photoshop or Facetune in all her previous posts where she's sporting body-sculpting tights, so why would she have done so now?
But the comments on Diet Prada's post suggest otherwise this time around;
"Maybe she had a 'camel toe' down there, and they tried to fix it and failed. Better a camel toe than look like this. Who thought this was a good solution?" one user commented.
Another joked, "Wow in 2019 we going crotchless??"
Damned if you. Damned if you don't: "If she didn't edit it people would be mad she had a camel toe..."
Someone else asked whether "she really blurred her vagina??"
"Don't they have a product that cover the cameltoe??" is the other question on people's minds.

Beyond these comments, the rest of the comments expressed exasperation at Diet Prada's almost pointless post, which might have also been subtle product plugging of Kim K's fragrance.
We can also neither confirm nor deny that Kim made any edits around her crotch area.
And so what if she did anyway?
But since the camel toe subject has now been raised, we have a few hacks for how to camel toe proof yourself if crotch cleavage bothers you personally.
Besides wearing thick seamless underwear and avoiding leggings with frontrise seams, here are three more ways to keep a smooth appearance:
Pantyliner fix
This is a popular solution. All you need to do is paste a pantyliner much further up than the usual spot. This works best if you're going to wear jeans or other thick types of bottoms.
