What happened to Pastor Zondo is nothing short of revenge porn

So you probably know there's this video making the rounds...

On Monday a video of Pastor Sthembiso Zondo went viral, and not because of his motivational talks. The video features the pastor naked in his house.

Gasp!

No, not really. Since when can't a man walk around naked in his own damn house? I mean since when was this on the list of top offences?

Many people took to the social-media-talk-show also know as Twitter to express how disgusted and upset they were because a man of his caliber would be caught in a scandal such as this.

Scandal? That’s a little dramatic don’t you think? Should we not be addressing the cruel woman who posted the clip?

I call her cruel because only a malicious human being would want to intentionally taint a person’s reputation and violate their privacy.

According to DailySun the woman in question is his mistress. If people were mad about the fact that he has a mistress, it would be more valid because his well, a pastor after all and adultery is a basic no no.

However, most were troubled by the footage and not much else.

If the roles were reversed we would be spitting fire at the amateur video director saying he was vengeful and childish.

This is about someone’s privacy being invaded in their own home. It’s obvious the pastor had no idea he was being filmed.

She is well aware of the significance that Pastor Zondo has an impact on his followers and community. This is borderline revenge porn, and a complete violation of privacy. A basic human right recklessly tainted.

According to criminaldefenselawyer.com revenge porn is posting explicit photos of people online without their permission. It's still a legal gray area in most states. Sadly South Africa has no law to dealing with revenge porn yet.

It upsets me that this woman is getting away with being malicious. It feels as though society is sometimes just not bothered when it comes to women abusing men and men are left having to deal with shame alone.

It’s clear that the mysterious woman with her pink nails are the actual predator and the one who should be shamed. Pastor Zondo is simply a victim.
