Transgender YouTuber, Hannah Phillips, vows to continue documenting her transition despite receiving death threats on social media

Transgender YouTuber, Hannah Phillips posts videos to help people with gender issues despite receiving death threats from trolls. Now 19, she decided to transition at age 15, and has been sharing her journey and offering support since 2012.

Hannah encourages openness on trans issues with the aim of helping families support and understand their loved ones. Her efforts have received plaudits, but she has also been on the receiving end of daily threats from internet trolls.

"The bad is outweighed by the good, though. I get messages from people's parents who thank me for helping them to understand what their child is going through, and messages from the trans community, thanking me for being so honest," says Hannah.
