As if we didn't already know that women can do any and everything, yet another woman has the internet abuzz with excitement. This time, it's for returning to pre-season professional training at five and a half months pregnant.

Yep, that's what one of the most celebrated names in U.S. women's football, Sydney Leroux Dwyer has done, and many have described it as "inspirational".

With a simple bio reading "I kick balls. Mom to Cassius", it's clear that there are two things this 28 year old lives for - her family and her football career. It's no wonder then that she feels no need to separate the two as some might assume a working mom would do when she's expecting again.

This comes after Sydney and her football player husband Dom Dwyer announced their pregnancy in November after reportedly having experienced difficulty conceiving their second child after Cassius.

According to Sport Bible, Sydney's team is set to begin their league campaign against Portland Thorns next month and that's why she has returned to the field.

Of course, training won't be the same while pregnant, and she explained to what extent she can take her training to a fellow mommy on Twitter:

Moderate exercise is usually encouraged during pregnancy and some of the benefits listed in a Parent24 article include "a lower risk of gestational diabetes, pregnancy-induced high blood pressure and excess weight gain, plus fewer aches, more energy and, after delivery, a faster return to their pre-pregnancy shape."

Pregnancy also didn't stop 23-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams from exercising when she was expecting Alexis Ohanian Jr.

It also didn't stop Beyoncé from performing (on a gravity defying tilted chair!) at the 2017 Grammys while pregnant with Rumi and Sir, reciting poetry fit for the occasion; "Your mother is a woman, and women like her cannot be contained."

And in a performance back here at home, a baby bump did not get in the way of Busiswa's multiple consecutive voshos, while performing live on stage.

Here's to more healthy and active pregnancies as superstar working moms like Sydney Leroux continue to prove that a woman's body is capable of much more than many think.
