Presenter of e-TV reality show "Forgive and Forget", Doris Msibi has become a familiar face on our screens. She says her mom taught her about beauty: "She always reminded me that “Cleanliness is next to Godliness”. She would say that whenever I leave my house looking good. I need to make sure that where I come from is clean."
The former Miss South Africa says her experience in the limelight has taught her the importance of being comfortable in her own skin. "Being on stage and in the public eye requires me to be confident, strong, grounded and focussed," Doris says. "And all that cannot be staged – it needs to be authentic in order to be sustainable."
Doris maintains her locks by washing it once or twice a week. "My hair is really easy maintenance. I use the Olive Oil Sheen spray once a week, only if I have to," she says. While Doris loves wearing make-up, she does admit it's not always convenient. Her make-up pet peeve? "I have to wash my face if I decide to take a nap during the day. One a normal day, I would wash it when I have my evening bath," she says.

1. What are your favourite recent make-up discoveries this season? It would definitely have to be the AVON PRO Brow Enhancer, it is excellent for bringing out my natural eyebrows while keeping them neatly shaped and healthy looking.
2. Which products can you absolutely not live without? My Revlon Beyond Natural Rose Cream lipgloss. It works with every single look. Day or night.
3. What's your biggest beauty no-no? OMG! The black lined eyebrows. No one should be allowed to walk around looking like that.
4. What colour nail polishes will you be rocking this season? The Avon Speeddry+ nail enamel in “Ballerina”. It gives fresh look.
5. Tell us, what perfume do you wear? Paco Rabanne Lady 1 Million.
6. If we had to snoop around in your bathroom (and we sooo would given the chance), what would we find in your shower or around your bath? My body scrub gloves, my Sorbet body scrub, The Body Shop Strawberry Body Butter, and Justine Tissue Oil Body Spray.
7. Quick – turf out your handbag. What beauty goods do you have stashed in there? I always have my Avon Nail Experts Cuticle Balm, Avon Ideal Shade Pressed spot blotting powder and dental floss.
8. Finally, do you have a li'l beauty secret or piece of advice for the girls at w24.co.za? Beauty comes from within. What you put in is what you get out. Eat right, drink lots of water and less alcohol and you will always look and feel great.
