“The key is to have a hairstyle that’ll suit whatever plans you have for the holidays. So, for instance, if you’re going to spend time by the beach (actually swimming), then braids are your best option, or a wig you can glue down and make sure is secure,” says DRUM beauty editor Nthabiseng Makhokha.
“Short hair is also very on trend right now, so if you’ve been thinking of a big chop, this is the perfect time.”
