Whoopi Goldberg's 'locks earned her a spot in the Top 30, and iconic former first lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis joins at number 30 for her voluminous mane. 

Sticking to the theme of larger-than-life hair, Tina Turner's signature 1980s look is the reason she's at number 35 on this list.
