Ciara

Entertainers dressing as entertainers is the meta Halloween content that shows up each year, Beyoncé costume made appearances a couple of times and Sir John's makeup looks were not easily replicable.

Ciara pulled off a version of Beyoncé’s 2019 Brit Award look when she and her husband paid tribute to Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex.

To help her complete the look, Ciara was accompanied by her husband Russell Wilson who dressed as Jay Z. Ciara’s look almost broke the internet, her commitment to the hair, outfit styling, music and set drove the look home.

Ciara’s makeup artist Yolonda Frederick recreated the glowing finish and smokey eye look that is often spotted on Beyoncé by the great hands of Sir John but added a twist to match the pink suit worn by Ciara.

Ciara’s hairstylist César DeLeön Ramirêz recreated Beyoncé half ponytail hairstyle. While we can’t be certain that Ciara’s Halloween curls were done one by one like Beyoncé’s usually are, they sure are close.

Ayanda Thabethe

TV host Ayanda Thabethe recreated her own Beyoncé look, the much-photographed Lion King London premiere golden look.

Sir John revealed that he played around with different textures before finding the perfect gold they wanted to use. Ayanda Thabethe created her version of the look with a nude lip and shimmery eye look.

Halima Aden

Attending Heidi Klum’s star-studded Halloween party, Halima Aden pulled off the best Maleficent costume. In what she called a “Hijab friendly Halloween costume,” Halima accompanied the costume with a makeup look with her twist.

The Maleficent character, played by Angelina Jolie, has a paled look with just a popping red lip. Halima’s makeup artist, Meg, kept the pop of colour on the lip and accompanied with a winged shimmering purple eye look. With blue contact lenses and her own glorious high cheekbones, Halima made an impeccable Maleficent.

Normani

Normani as Naomi in a perfect no-makeup-makeup look and glorious old Hollywood glam tresses is already a great look. Adding to that, Normani’s second Halloween look as Cher in a white beaded wig and a purple eye look resulted in Normani winning twice.
