Just when you thought the eyebrow craze had faded away, in steps a new trend – wriggly eyebrows.

Yip, it’s everything the name suggests. Your brows are literally shaped into the form of a wave.

One of the first people to sport the eyebrow-raising trend was Promise Tamang, a beauty influencer who boasts quite an impressive following on Instagram.

She shared a picture of herself wearing the wormy-looking brows with her 1 million followers and quickly garnered reactions.

Some were impressed, others horrified.

“Omg, I freakin’ love it!” one commented, while all another user wanted to know was what exactly was happening on her face.

Promise told Pop Sugar she was inspired by a photoshopped picture online, which featured squiggly eyebrows.

Revealing the method to her look, she explained that she used washable PVA glue to flatten her brows and comb it in one direction.

Concealer and powder was then used to cover her eyebrow completely, before using black gel liner to draw the bizarre shape.

We normally love keeping up with the latest trends, but we think we’ll sit out on this one.
