1. Vapour rub or coconut oil and socks
Use a pumice stone to exfoliate your feet while in the shower.
Before going to bed, mix a small amount of vapour rub and coconut oil.
Massage into calluses and dry patches.
Cover your feet with socks.
In the morning wash your feet with warm water and exfoliate again with a pumice stone.
Repeat for a few days until cracks in your heels are gone.

Pour eight cups of warm water into a large bowl.
Add ½ cup of Epsom salt.

In a tub of warm water add:
¼ cup of antiseptic mouthwash
¼ cup of vinegar.

Moisturise and wear socks overnight, repeating until the cracked heels disappear.

Soak your feet in warm, soapy water for about 10 minutes.

5. Apple cider vinegar, Epsom salt and water
Fill a large bowl with warm water.
Add 1 cup of apple cider vinegar.
Add 1 cup of Epsom salt.
