What Miss Universe contestants look like without makeup | Life

Paulina Vega, who was crowned Miss Universe 2014, recently started an inspiring movement on social media.

The Colombian beauty queen tweeted that every Miss Universe is #ConfidentlyBeautiful, she appealed to all contestants from the 2015 Miss Universe pageant to embrace their natural beauty by taking and sharing selfies showing their natural beauty. Most shared pics of them with less makeup than normal, whereas others shared completely makeup free selfies.

The reigning Miss Universe, Pia Wurtzbach, as well as South African contestant, Refilwe Mthimunye also participated.

It’s great to see some of the most beautiful women in the world embrace natural beauty, shattering the outdated stereotype that all beauty contestants are incredibly vain, plastic Barbie dolls.
