Prince Harry, soon to be the Duke of Sussex, will wear a wedding band unlike most royal grooms like his brother Prince William reports The Telegraph.
When Prince William married, he followed in the footsteps of his grandfather the Duke of Edinburgh and uncle the Duke of York who both chose not to wear a wedding ring.

Kensington Palace recently tweeted to tell us about the royal wedding bands confirming that both Harry and Meghan will wear one. "Ms. Markle's ring has been fashioned from a piece of Welsh Gold, gifted by Her Majesty The Queen. Prince Harry's ring will be a Platinum Band with a textured finish. #RoyalWedding," said the official account.

It is tradition for royal brides rings to be made from Welsh Gold.
According to Harper's Bazaar, the program for the wedding includes a "the giving of the rings" section where Harry and Meghan will exchange bands.
