Award-winning singer Normani has just become the first-ever ambassador for Rihanna's Savage X Fenty lingerie label

The former Fifth Harmony star has been chosen as the first ever brand ambassador for Rihanna's lingerie brand Savage x Fenty.

The 23-year-old singer who took to the stage for a sultry performance during the Savage x Fenty runway show in September in New York, will now front the upcoming holiday campaign featuring the latest looks from Riri's label. 

In a press release, Rihanna sings the praises of Normani, calling her the "pefect choice". Normani also expressed her excitement about the collaboration, noting that she is thrilled to be part of a brand that empowers women.

In her caption on a post announcing the news, the budding pop icon who has previously spoken out about colourism in the industry, writes; "I want all individuals to feel empowered and to embrace who they truly are. I don’t always wake up feeling the most confident and powerful, but trust and believe having my Savage X on always helps!!"
