Boity, Leomie Anderson and Dua Lipa earn top spots on the 2019 MTV EMA red carpet best-dressed list

This past weekend MTV hosted their annual Europe Music Awards in Spain, where Ariana Grande scooped the most nominations and Dua Lipa gave the crowd an electrifying performance. 

Lizzo, Lil Nas X, Cardi B and Solange were also among the top nominees, however, these stars didn't appear on the red carpet to wow us as they usually do.
