Celebrities are often celebrated for their red carpet designer looks, whether they are in custom gowns, sustainable designs or trending items off the runway. However, just now and then, lavish diamonds take the limelight.

Various award shows' red carpets have seen millions upon millions worth of diamonds strutted and photographed on them. From the dainty ice on the ears to larger than life neckpieces, some which could easly buy a Camps Bay mansion and more.

The most recent jewels to gain international buzz was Mindy Kaling’s Oscar’s accessories. Her drop earrings, conspicuous necklace and ring were the perfect touch of glamour to her minimal look well.
