It's about to be a big month for fashion, and an even bigger weekend for luxury design as we not only look forward to the Oscars on Sunday night, but New York Fashion Week is already underway.
The amfAR New York Gala is an annual event that raises money in support of AIDS research, and as such is attended by industry bigwigs and their high society acquaintances. Because this gala happens ahead of New York Fashion Week, it's expected that the sartorial stakes would be high as well.
