Luxury and retail designers are busy re-imagining this garment, further solidifying its staying power.

These days, however, we have spotted the return of a blazer trend that was debuted by Jean Paul Gaultier in the Spring/Summer 2015 collection.

This asymmetrical blazer look is relatively simple; you wear a winsome bra, and an open blazer. No shirt needed whatsoever.

Basically, half your body is clad in a blazer, and the other half is bare-ish. 

UK singer Rita Ora donned the runway look after it's debut, revealing a bra made of silver metallic leather.

We spotted it once again on our favourite celebrities and there’s no telling how far this revival will go.

The reality star donned the sultry off-the-shoulder blazer, revealing a matching halterneck bralet underneath.
