4th Street Kir Royale
An elegant, but bold blend of red wine, berry liquor and soda, garnished with fresh berries.
Mixology:
- 25ml Crème de cassis
- 40ml Red wine
- 15ml Lemon juice
- Top with soda
Combine Crème de cassis, red wine and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake and fine strain into a champagne flute. Top with soda water and garnish with blackberries.
4th Street Raspberry & Basil Frosé
This summery semi-frozen cocktail combines rosé sorbet, with fresh basil and raspberries.
Mixology:
- 75ml Rosé wine
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 15ml Raspberry puree
- 3 Basil leaves
- 1 scoop Rosé sorbet
Shake the wine, sugar syrup, raspberry puree and basil leaves in a shaker dilled with ice. Strain into a large wine glass and top with a scoop of sorbet. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and raspberries.
4th street White wine & Peach Pitcher
The perfect pairing of white wine, rich brandy, sweet peach and zingy ginger flavours.
Mixology:
Combine all the ingredients in a large glass with ice. Stir and garnish with fresh peach & edible flowers.
