Friends
Getting active together increases your chances of achieving your goals. It also encourages you to work out harder. Whether it’s with your best friend or office colleague(s), working out in twos or twenties is the perfect way to get motivated.
The right food
A good place to start is to see a registered dietician who’ll create a meal plan designed for you and your lifestyle. Or, if you’re a Virgin Active member, you can download a meal plan for free from myvirginactive. Meal plan aside, avoid foods rich in sugar, skip carbohydrates like rice, pasta and potatoes in the evenings and drink lots of water with lemon during the day.

Or, if you're a member you can take advantage of Virgin Active's super affordable PT Booster Packs that’ll give you a consultation and two workout sessions with one of our highly qualified personal trainers.

And if you want expert guidance, free meal plans and a club filled with cutting-edge equipment and the latest in group exercise classes like Barre180 and The Grid, join Virgin Active.
