9 Foods for great skin (+ recipes)

How does it help? They help refine wrinkles and fine lines.

Why? Eggs are high in lutein and zeaxanthin, this helps  strengthen he faces wrinkles and fine lines.

Water

Why? If your skin is dry, drinking water will help replenish it, keeping it moist all times (much like you would water a plant to keep the soil moist and plant alive so it can grow).

Sweet potato
How does it help? It helps give skin a smooth and soft feel.

Why?
Sweet potatoes are rich in beta-carotene, which when digested the body turns into vitamin A, which helps maintain skin’s supple.

Avocado
How does it help? Helps give skin a flawless glow.

Why? Avocados packed with natural oils  and vitamins such as vitamins C, E and lutein that help to hydrate the skin, that help with anti-aging.
