In episode 4, we saw Tigere aka Tigs a contestant from Joburg North, entice his guest by cooking a West African dish called Jollof rice (a well-known cuisine stirring up conversation in many parts of Africa as to which country cooks it better) and in last week’s episode 8 , we saw Tshepo, an event planner from Joburg South cook Bohobe, with a twist – another home –grown African meal,  who would have thought?

With temperatures currently dropping in most parts of the country, why not try this recipe to warm you and your family up.

250g string beans
