Maintain a healthy bond
Psychologist and international theorist, Audrey Katsidzira shares fundmental guidelines that will assist in building and solidifying such bonds.
· Be you: Being yourself is the best and easiest thing you could ever do for yourself. Attract people who are drawn to the qualities you possess.
· Live without seeking approval from others: This may be a challenge to most women because naturally we are rational beings who thrive on acceptance. But, always remember presenting a fake version of yourself to the world is draining.
· Embrace the difference: Each of your friends will have bring something different to your life.
· Develop trust: Choose people whose energy you connect with to support and demonstrate that they can depend on you.
