Get your working from home motivation back with these 6 tips

accreditation

Take a look at these exclusive tips from leading business coach Erica Wolfe-Murray who has shared with Cover Media that people can maximise their work from home mojo.

1. Pimp your space

You can't max your effort in a bad setup. Take time to workout what a productive space is for you and get it sorted.

2. If you're best in the morning get set early to hit that to-do list

If you're hum late in the day that's fine, just keep your team in the loop as to when they can expect your best work.

3.  Feeling fit and fab helps you achieve your best

Get your exercises in early to gain that workout buzz to power you through the working day.

4. Book in lots of 'me' time breaks

Working from home can be lonely and tough, drop in lots of 10-minute time outs, fresh air hits, treats and quick chats.

5. Don't let your fridge become your bestie

Easy access to it can add on the pounds, so stock your fridge with foods on your 'healthy me' list.

6. Finally, look after your mind

Herd animals as we are, WFH alone can be tough mentally. Be honest if you're finding it hard, we all are. Sharing your bad times as well as the good is what makes life worth living.
