Meet the South African and other African heiresses who never (ever, ever) have to worry about 'making it to payday'

Rich South African families like the Motsepes, who acquired their money in the mining trade and own Mamelodi Sundowns and African Rainbow Minerals, sees patriarch Patrice Motsepe with a current net worth of $1,92 billion (R25 billion), according to Forbes 2018. While the Motsepe fam has heirs to their family fortune, three sons, there are no heiresses.

Whereas another mega-bucks having fam, the Radebes, have one son and two daughters. The business tycoon, Bridgette is more than a R1 billion strong according to IOL, and her son Vukani and daughters with husband Jeff, namely Malaika and Mandisa, are in line to inherit said millions. 

So, basically, they are set for life.

Jessica Motaung

She is the daughter of Kaizer Chiefs founder, Kaizer Motaung, whose club alone was worth $15.6 million (R205 million) last year. Her role is as Kaizer Chiefs’ marketing director. Interestingly, this beauty was crowned Miss Gauteng and Miss South Africa First Princess and Africa’s Queen of Beauty in 1997. Impressive.

At 29 years old she is the eldest child of the many children of King Mswati III, and has a net worth of approximately $200 million (like, R2 billion), says The Richest

Last year Twitter ripped this royal to shreds when she posted an Instagram video of herself rapping. The Times reported that dozens of memes followed her attempt at dropping a track. 

Clare Wiese-Wentzel

While South Africa's third richest man, Shoprite Holdings owner Christo Wiese has a daughter Christina who avoids the spotlight, Clare has taken on the task of being a presenter and creator of TV makeover show, MOOIMAAK. Christo Wiese has an estimated wealth of $1.1 billion (R14 billion) according to Forbes.

Halima Dangote

She is the daughter of Aliko Dangote, the Nigerian business magnate, currently positioned as Africa's richest man with a ranking of 66th richest in the world, according to Forbes.

That is an estimated $12.3 billion net worth (R62 billion). 

She also has a knack for business and is a director in the Dangote Group.
