At €67 (R1 397), the ticket sounded reasonable enough. I could use it to ride trains, buses, trams and ferries on the lake as many times as I wanted every day until the end of the month – a huge saving on Uber fees. I duly bought the ticket and started using it. The transport system is beyond efficient. There is a train every 8 minutes, 24 hours a day. I know because I have tested it.
