Mpumalanga may have wasted about R60 million on two white elephant agricultural hubs, as they have never been used to benefit the small-scale and commercial farmers they were built for.
About R403 million also went down the drain in other big capital projects in the province, which were initiated in the past decade, during Deputy President David Mabuza’s tenure as premier.
