Flamboyant man of the cloth Paseka “Mboro” Motsoeneng has been found to be on the wrong side of a purchase agreement with a commercial bank after he procured a fleet of cars and generators for his church, Incredible Happenings, but allegedly failed to keep up with monthly instalments.
Consequently, the Johannesburg High Court found Motsoeneng was liable to pay nearly a million rand after a defaulted judgment order was granted against him in August, after the matter remained on the unopposed court since last year.
