The Pretoria High Court this week dismissed axed Gauteng health MEC Bandile Masuku’s application to overturn the findings against him by the Special Investigating Unit (SIU).

However, far from being defeated, Masuku was in high spirits, saying the fact that the court had ruled that he had committed no crime had quashed insinuations that he was corrupt and engaged in nepotism.
