Popular rapper K.O, whose given name is Ntokozo Mdluli, has slapped controversial former artist manager Nhlamulo "Nota" Baloyi with a gag order for alleging that the rapper and his brother had a hand in the murder of musician Kiernan "AKA" Forbes.

In the court order, which was granted on Tuesday, Mdluli also alleges that Baloyi has put his life and that of his family in danger after he went on a social media rant, claiming that Mdluli’s brother, Siya, who was Forbes’ road manager, had a hand in his shooting, which occurred in Durban two weeks ago.
