The SABC is embroiled in a copyright infringement scandal over the airing of the reality television series A Cut Above The Rest, following allegations by Cape Town-based businessman Themba Sibeko that the concept of the show had been hijacked from him after he pitched the idea to the public broadcaster over 10 years ago.
