In this uncertain time, it is important to know your family is cared for

If you have assets and a family, including minor children, you need to have a will in place.

A will is a legal document in which you stipulate how you want your assets to be divided among your loved ones after your death.

A person dies intestate if they die without a valid will. This means that the state would be your executor and your assets would be divided between family members. No consideration would be given to any of your wishes, including the guardianship and inheritance of your minor children.
