As the ANC made a big election statement by drawing an overflowing crowd to the 64 000-seat Moses Mabhida Stadium for its manifesto launch yesterday, it has emerged that threats, insults and intimidation were among the dirty tricks which have become the normal daily exchange reported between members of the ANC and the uMkhonto weSizwe Party (MKP) in KwaZulu-Natal.
