This is according to committee member Tsepo Mhlongo, who spoke after the professional boxing organisation was allocated R22.7 million in Sport, Arts and Recreation Minister Zizi Kodwa’s budget this week – the same amount it got last year.

BSA’s board had asked for a budget top-up, but its request was declined on the basis that the boxing regulator should first get its house in order.
