This week, South Africa’s top boxer, Hector “Hekkie” Budler, gave the media and his fans insight into his intensive training camp ahead of his epic fight in Japan next week.

The 35-year-old is gearing up for what promises to be the biggest moment of his boxing career when he squares up against Japan’s champion Kenshiro Teraji for the three-belts unification bout at Ariake Arena in Koto-Ku, Tokyo, on September 18.
