A global study commissioned by the brand highlighted that running can aid positive transformation and improve physical and mental wellbeing in communities.
Runners were shown to be 20% more likely than nonrunners to experience increased energy levels, while more than 40% of respondents who increased their running frequency also said they had developed a more positive outlook on life. Respondents also identified the mental health benefits of running as one of their core motivating factors.
