Four Fathers: Bananas for the Baboons, one of two plays selected from Cape Town’s The Baxter Masambe Playlab, is bold and dreamy, and full of fireworks, exquisite curveballs and enchanting songs.

The Playlab comprised 10 creatives who had a four-month writing residency at The Baxter last year as part of The Baxter’s Platform for Special Talent programme, which is funded by the City of Cape Town.
